Surely, it will be very important event as usual – as in 2014 in similar timing and in Ramadan, China and Russia and the other BRICS states declared the launching of BRICS bank, and a little before that event China and Russia had signed the century's deal of exporting the Russian gas to China with a value of US$ 200 Billion throughout 10 years, as well as an agreement between the two giant states to establish and develop oil and gas ports and developing the eastern province of Russia by the Chinese side, the matter which is considered as a strong reply to the western sanctions imposed on Russia.

Also In 2015 – Russia and China with Iran imposed on the international great powers,  however at the same time Shanghai Organization summit had been held to put a new limit and an end to the terrorism, as they had prepared together for the air Russian attacks that defeated terrorism in Syria, in addition to regional security, intelligence and economic cooperation amid the new powers in the world with Middle Asia states, whereas all of "Chinese, Russian and Iranian lions" started to show their fangs to the west that includes USA and EU by such cooperation.

Currently in 2016, the last week, SPIEF 2016 has been ended with a proper success and unprecedented speech and dialogues for Putin through-which he replied to all the false allegations of the west and the countries that supporting it financially like GCC and volume of deals reached US$ 15 Billion with a significant presence of western and American companies – coinciding with the pavement of the Chinese president of the way in East and Middle Europe in Serbia, Poland and before in Czech and Bulgaria in initiative (15+1) that integrating with the Chinese Silk Road, by concluding big deals amounted to US$ 6 Billion with such states that suffering from chaos in its economic performance with greater German concern about that and with arrival of the first Chinese Commercial Train to Warsaw in a procedure I think it is integrated with the Russian role in this regard and not competitive with it.

And after the speech of Putin before the Russian DUMA that shed the light on the call for a new international and more effective multi-polar system to confront time Nazism "Terrorism", like what Russia made since 75 years before, terrorism which the ordinary international community is disable to confront it with its current mechanisms, as well as the coming summit with the Chinese president Xi Jingping on Saturday after tomorrow, and what Putin stated to Xinhwa news agency in that respect – I personally expect big deals between China and Russia in this regard – let us wait and see what is going on in such summit between the leaders of the 2 giant power states including proposals and agendas for the world in the coming 10 years, especially we are following today the referendum which called "Brexit" and that will determine whether Britain will remain or leave EU, as well as the consequences of such procedure.       

But let us asking as we represent Arab and Islamic peoples: what is our compass and agenda for the coming ten years and our position with the giants, if we really have a position, agenda and plan, under the umbrella of failed regimes and governments the most of them are group of non-expert persons, who ruined the economics of Arab and Islamic states by disseminating sedition, inducing divide, sectarian wars and security of Israel!!!!! When big giants being aligned "frankly speaking - we are idiot losers".
