In the "Safe Internet” campaign Launched by Al Amir Kamal Farag personal website, there were claims about "Twitter" – the famous social website – is not a safe environment for children and adolescents to communicate, and has been classified as "high-risk website ".

The campaign, which aims to raise awareness of technical risks, explained the need for positive use of the Internet. And "Twitter” despite its benefits as a platform for information transfer and intellectual communication and interaction; it is still completely inappropriate environment for children and adolescents.

The campaign also confirmed that "the site includes many accounts that are not specified, which include materials, photographs and videos of pornographic video, and also include many of the pornographic accounts by some people seek to increase immorality, sexual and abnormal relations, especially in the absence of oversight and the Site  management ".

The statement pointed out that "Twitter includes dedicated accounts and pages that work for increasing all forms of pornography and promiscuity, such as adultery, and homosexuality pages. not only that, but it also includes pages to offer sexual services for money, all of which, unfortunately, is available for all users without the slightest control, which is similar to “a house of whores” , pointing out that the campaign always supports freedom, but that one that does not affect the morals of society .

the Campaign also advised parents to prevent children and adolescents from using "Twitter", pending to the availability of safety factors in it, pointing out that "users, especially children and adolescents will be exposed to a new kind of abuse, an electronic violence ".

The campaign demanded "Twitter" management to intensify control on users' pages, and rapid blocking of pornography pages, and images that are inappropriate, and activation of a new mechanism for reporting sexual material, and accounts, which aims to promote prostitution and anomalous relations, to make the site a safe environment for all users  ".

The site "Twitter" was founded in 2006 in California, and has number of users reached more than 300 million, has now become a popular means of social communication among a number of private groups.
