Like the " curfew " , there are those who practice the prohibition of thought . The first one might be justified in some exceptional cases of insecurity to siege the outlaws and facilitate arresting them , the main goal of this curfew is to achieve protection and safety for the whole society , But the " thought prohibition " can't be justified as thinking is the main job of the brain , it can't be practiced out side one’s head . In past times there was a saying: " your freedom ends where others’ begin . Thinking is a human right , and even a right of every thing that has a brain .

Thinking prohibition is practiced widely in the Arab countries . The Arab regimes realize very well how much thoughts are powerful , thoughts and ideas are stronger than bullets and more effective than the gunpowder . Thoughts are similar to winds and storms and other natural phenomena that can't be over come and its strength can't be predicted .

Although the curfew sometimes is justified , it disrupts people's jobs and interests and turns you into an object without a will or  freedom   . During the curfew hours you can't wander in streets , you can't go to the grocery or a club , you can't enjoy an evening out with friends , and sometimes you can't even take your ill child to a hospital .

But what ever the disadvantages of the curfew , it can't be compared with thought propitiation that narrows your mind and sieges your soul , and soon kills your will and makes you like an empty lifeless dead body .

The Arab people fear the new thoughts more than they fear arms . That's because of their awareness of the revolution of thoughts , the struggle thoughts the freedom thoughts , and their belief that a simple idea , that can be expressed in few lines can also cause a huge revolution and great change .

Arabs fear the new thoughts , they prevent them by every possible way . Observers  spread every where any new thoughts that may threaten the country's safety and stability . The Arab observers practiced the intellectual repression for many years , some times we got information  about the country we live in from other countries . For example : at one time Radio London was the only reliable news source to find out what is going on in Cairo .

To think is a Divine commandment . The first commandment from God to man , in Islam and was mentioned as the first Quran's verse , is " to read " .

Reading here is not to amuse and spend good time , but actually its aim is to make you think  about what you read . Allah invites us to think and reflect on things of the universe , Allah also encourages us to work hard and creatively .

The act of thinking is also a sign of the human existence , Descartes the great philosopher says : " I do think , therefore I do exist " . By thinking man ruled the earth and became more superior to any other strong creatures in forests . Only for the human brain and his ability to think , the strong creatures would rule and enslave men . And so , man could have been a slave for   lions , tigers or elephants .

The New Muslims reject the act of thinking and creation . They practiced the most severe sorts of custody upon children , women and society in general . Only in Arab countries man can be persecuted , expelled from his job , imprisoned , and even may be killed because of his thoughts or his way of thinking .

Those tyrants were so aggressive to wards new thoughts and all thoughts in general , so stupidity is wide spread , and a strange phenomenon emerged which is " pretending being stupid " just to go unpunished . And the natural result was the emergence of entire generations who do not read or think , they are only lead as a herd . They know nothing about their life . They are not able to make their future .

There are a lot of peoples around the world who are enslaved and have no idea about their future or their present and even have no will to do any thing about them .

With the help of the advanced technology , the barrier of repression has been destroyed , and the whole world witnessed the huge explosion of information which was similar to a Big Bang . This pushed minds to think and work again . It helps them to practice their natural role from which they were prevented for fifty years . The inevitable result then was the Arab revolutions .

The enslaved Arab peoples never knew how to think . The most dangerous thing on your enemy is to think , because if you learn how to think you will be aware of your rights and demand them .

The Arab regimes exercised a sort of custody upon their peoples in fake names like respect , loyalty , religion , or sectarianism . But Islam gives every one his freedom and all are equal before laws of Islam .

The Arab regimes deceived their people along history by fake terms like respect and loyalty .

They mislead them only to steal them .

The most important gain achieved by  The Arab revolutions is the liberty of the Arab mind not only in the revolutions countries , but also the other countries that are waiting . The Arab people finally get up and rebel against Illusion and dreams that never come true , and start for their first time to experience their present and work for their future .

They start to think and a new phase of their future has just begun . But we still need to compensate what we lost during the long decades of being under refrigeration .

We still need to raise awareness of the import once of thinking , its ways , and its gains . We still need to learn how to read , understand , compare and create a new thought . We need to increase lessons in schools , universities and every educational institutions to teach the new generation how to use and make benefit by the most important organ in the human body " brain " .

By thinking ; all the human problems will be solved , nations will achieve prosperity , and man will be the master of all creatures again .
