In journalism there is a lovely tradition you do not find in other areas, a "fellowship", when addressing the editor one another, or technically a way out, or correcting linguistically, or any of those who are working in his newspaper, in writing, to be addressed by the title of "Fellow", even if The letter addressed to the leading figure, or a reporter in a small remote village.

I worked with seven editors were all spoke to me as "colleague" in all directions, and I always appreciate this private and upscale method of dealing, which is found not only in the press center, and stop frequently at its implications task.

Journalist performs work involves a great sanctity, and if we cannot cancel the status of "employee" for the press to administrative considerations, the traditional conflict between management and editing, let's say, that the size of the press work is 85% message, and 15% function, it works for anti-Semitic message, holds between the conscience of the community, and the pulse of neighborhood, it is a mirror that reveals the reality and disadvantages. All workers in the press area, despite the differences in their positions , are called "colleagues", are challenging refine the community, in the battlefield even the leader and soldier, .. All fights, and everyone is ready to die for the sake of "home", .. All works for One goal, a noble victory.

Journalist work includes in its nature an important element, which is "innovation", and creativity for its requirements that are quite different from the traditional functionality, it requires special abilities like development, detection, guidance, advocacy and awareness, enlightenment and revolutionizing, and altruism, after consideration.

The Worst newspapers is the one that deals with the journalist as an employee, and the most successful is the one that deals with him as an entity that contributes to the formulation of a creative mind and conscience of the nation.

 Journalist keeps working 24 hours, .. in his office, on the street, at home, .. even as sleeping, his mind is going on searching of an idea, , Thoughts, or guide, which is in all of this tireless or tired, even if he has no other way, .. flying like a bird, the Phoenix, work never stops.

And  still the "press Honorary Fellowship" is formula  that unspecified by administrative laws or verbal guidance yet, but the press sense of noble in reality and responsibilities, is the most importance, and thus, it was done.

Now the question is .. why can’t we generalize the experience of "press Fellowship" that have proven successful in other business sectors, why not replace routine functional rules, which is limited to the "head of a subordinate" noble fellowship which falls within the framework of all, why do not we endow the value of brotherhood in action , and establish a spirit team work to come out of the traditional nature of the rigid frame of a renewed, and the highest, and the most comprehensive.

Why do not we apply this formula in factories, institutions, schools, and universities, and the offices of government work, to highlight that the ultimate goal of any business, a production and excellence.

We will pay this work to new heights, and eliminate work diseases known, as classification, indifference, neglect, and lack of responsibility, and the distinction between workers, historical and discontent on the career ladder.
