Egypt has one-third of the world's monuments, but the Ministry of Antiquities is the poorest in the world, and the proof is that it borrows 50 million pounds every month to pay the salaries of its employees.

The reason, of course, lies not in the budget, but the loss of the general concept of Antiquities and monuments in Egypt, and the shallowness of management thought that runs the ministry, which turned it from the Ministry that supposed to reap billions annually to a Ministry of begging at the ends each month.

 I Criticized repeatedly the method of appointment of ministers in Egypt, and cited examples of the confusion that afflicts the country at every reshuffle, stated the attitudes and real Funny situations that confirm that the choice of the minister is a subject of personal impressions, as if thegreat Egypt has no creative leaders.

 And I wondered why, is the authority so weak that it cannot considerwhat is happening? Or is it the rare fulfillment which makes power employ each minister and the son of the minister and a cousin of the minister, which is what actually happened, or that the reason is theauthority horror from entering competencies in the circle of political decisions?

The same thing about the method of selecting minister,is said about the choice of leadership, in the choice of most of the leaders, and be able to access this blockade becomes a miracle of his time.

But the dismissal is not enough..It is not enough to isolate the minister or his removal or choose other, it is time to sue ministers on their failure, and poor performance becomes a crime requiring punishment.

The Ministry of Antiquities does not need a new secretary as usual from the relatives, and witty.. Butwe need a comprehensive screening; we need to reform the ministry responsible for the most important monuments of the world to make it more productive.

We need experts in marketing recruited from the world's smart to invest the treasure which is owned by poor impoverished Egypt, and it is very easy ..Just need to be a presidential decision.
